After two years of researching the perfect car for our family, my husband and I finally made the leap and purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid Prestige — and we couldn’t be happier! We had originally test driven the car at another dealership, but the experience there was terrible. We felt extremely pressured, and they even tried to charge us $7,000 over MSRP. I couldn't thank Samantha and Mark for the best experience ever purchasing a new vehicle. I went to 2 different dealers close to my home and didn't get the deal I wanted (high taxes and incentives not needed for me). Plus the cars' MSRP too high. My wife Elaine and I were dealing with a persistent and frustrating noise issue in her 2020 Kia Soul. Chad took the time—not just to listen—but to really dig into the issue. He had both of us drive the vehicle to try and replicate the sound, showing patience and professionalism the entire time. What stood out was Chad's determination to find a solution. I had a pretty positive experience at Kirby Kia. I lucked into a salesman, Miguel Hurtado, who was perceptive enough to realize that he didn't need to sell me a car, he needed to let me (and help me) figure it out. When I decided what car I wanted, they didn't have it in the color I wanted, but Miguel's Sales Manager, Jose, got me one from another dealership 60 miles away. They literally went the extra mile to get me the color I wanted. I think they lost some of their profit getting me the car from another dealership, but I still got a pretty fair deal. So, I would see these guys again if I were in the market for another car.

Mark and David helped me out at Kirby Kia and made the experience really smooth. Mark was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and made it very easy to understand all the bells and whistles the car had. David made the all paperwork and financing options easy to understand and made the experience very comfortable.
